If the manager is willing to change -> employees are aware of new levels of achievement

If the manager has high expectations and takes some risk -> employees develop efficiency

If the manager is confident but realistic -> employees identify themselves with the cause


If the manager offers moral support -> employees are more motivated

If the manager trace routes clear and innovative strategies -> employees are able to accomplish more tasks with less effort
